About Pipedrive + Hugo
Teams who successfully use both tools rely on Pipedrive for logging customer activities, and Hugo for managing their meetings.
Here's a quick overview of how Hugo works with all of our CRM integrations:
With the Pipedrive for Hugo integration, you can sync your docs with accounts and deals in Pipedrive as activities. When those docs are sent to Pipedrive, they will also include a link back to the Hugo doc so that teammates have the context they need.
From within Hugo you can:
- Sync Hugo docs to Pipedrive as activities
- For each Pipedrive activity created in Hugo, a link back to the doc will be included so that teammates have the context they need when reading data in your CRM
