About Freshsales + Hugo
Freshsales is a cloud-based CRM suite with a focus on sales and account management, while Hugo provides teams with a common platform to save and share meeting docs in real time.
Teams who successfully use both tools rely on Freshsales for logging customer activities, and Hugo for managing their meetings.

With the Freshsales for Hugo integration, you can sync your docs with accounts and deals in Freshsales. When those docs are sent to Freshsales, they will also include a link back to the Hugo doc so that teammates have the context they need!
From within Hugo you can:
- Sync Hugo docs to Freshsales accounts and deals
- Hugo will detect if a meeting attendee exists in Freshsales and automatically add an action to sync that doc to the account
- For each Freshsales doc created in Hugo, a link back to the doc will be included so that teammates have the context they need when reading data in your CRM
