Zendesk Error: Forbidden

When creating a ticket, Zendesk has reported an authorization issue.

Problem / Symptoms

You may not have access to the specific help desk you are creating a ticket for. 

Solution Steps

  1. Contact the owner of this help desk for further to grant you access.
  2. Reconnect your Zendesk account in the Hugo Apps setting.
