Zoom Error: Forbidden

When connecting to Zoom, there has been an authorization issue.

Problem / Symptoms

You may not have approved the Hugo app for installation with your Zoom account.

Solution Steps

  1. Ensure you have an existing Zoom account with administrator privileges. 
  2. As a Zoom administrator, visit Hugo in the Zoom Marketplace.
  3. Pre-approve the app for installation.

  4. Reconnect your Zoom account in the Hugo Apps setting.
