About Zendesk + Hugo

Zendesk is a help desk platform for creating and managing customer support issues while Hugo provides teams with a common platform to save and share meeting insights in real time.

Teams who successfully use both tools rely on Zendesk for actionable support tickets and Hugo for managing their meetings.

With the Zendesk for Hugo integration, you can turn issues captured in your docs into Zendesk tickets. When those tickets are sent to Zendesk, they will also include a link back to the Hugo doc so that assignees have the context they need to focus on their work!

From within Hugo you can:

  1. Turn part of your doc into a Zendesk ticket
  2. Configure the subject, priority and type of a ticket
  3. Assign tickets to teammates

Additional features:

  • For each Zendesk ticket created in Hugo, a link back to the doc will be included so that assignees have the context they need when starting a new task

How to integrate Zendesk with Hugo

  1. Sign up for a Hugo account and a Zendesk account to get started.
  2. Enable Zendesk for Hugo.
