Can I connect multiple calendars to my Hugo account?

Hugo supports multiple calendars in the same email account. You can save docs for meetings across all the calendars (including shared) associated with your email account.

Head to Settings > Profile to see and enable your calendars.

Note: Hugo does not support connecting multiple email accounts.

Why does Hugo require access to my calendar?

Access to your calendar allows Hugo to load your meetings as well as identifying the attendees and companies. Everything is automatically organized for you so you can easily find past docs when you need them. Just search for a meeting, contact or company and you can see what you discussed the last time you met 👍.

What calendars does Hugo support?

Hugo supports companies and teams using Google G-Suite or Microsoft Office 365 to power their email and calendar.

Why are my meetings missing?

There are a number of common reasons for missing meetings. All are easily resolved! Here is a list of solutions you can implement.

What happens to someone's docs when they leave the company?

Data contributed by the deleted user (such as their docs, along with the contacts and companies) is still retained and accessible within your Hugo team. That deleted user can no longer access your Hugo team.

How does Hugo integrate with our workflow?

Hugo syncs with your Google Calendar to store docs based on the meeting you're in. Hugo's app integrations enable you to send docs and tasks to other work apps. Hugo can also share meeting docs with your team in Slack.

Are my docs private? Are they safe?

Each time you save a doc, you can manage who has access.

We invest heavily in state-of-the-art security and privacy infrastructure, ensuring that your data is behind firewalls, encrypted, and only accessible to your team. Hugo is GDPR compliant and Privacy Shield certified. You can read more about our security processes and infrastructure in our Security Center.

What single sign-on (SSO) settings does Hugo support?

Hugos supports Google Single Sign-on and Office 365 Single Sign-on. SSO and identity providers such as Okta, OneLogin and Centrify are not currently supported. SSO allows you to authenticate users in your own systems without requiring them to enter additional login credentials, it also reduces the risk associated with additional passwords to access Hugo.

We recommend that you enforce Multi-Factor Authentication through Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365 to increase the security of your Google and Microsoft credentials and in turn the security of the data you store in Hugo.

Who can I share meeting docs with?

You can share docs with anyone. That includes people both inside and outside to your Hugo team.

Beyond sharing, there are many additional benefits if your team members are Hugo users too. If you want to collaborate on meeting docs or @mention team members in docs, they will need to be users on your Hugo team.

You don't have an integration I need. Will Hugo still work?

Absolutely. Hugo makes your meeting docs shareable, actionable and searchable without integrations. Having said that, our Zapier integration means you can connect Hugo to 1,000+ other apps, even if we don't support a native integration. You can learn more here or request an integration.

How much does Hugo cost?

Hugo is totally free for small teams. Learn more about our pricing for larger teams here.
