This integration enables you to create and assign Freshdesk issues right from your meeting notes.

Connecting Freshdesk to Hugo:

  1. Login to Freshdesk, click your profile picture in the top-right of the screen and select Profile Settings
  2. Copy your API key, located to the right
  3. Login to Hugo and visit Settings > Apps
  4. Scroll down to Freshdesk, click Enable Freshdesk
  5. Fill in your Freshdesk domain and API key fields, and press Save.

You will now see the Freshdesk button when writing your notes. Click it to create Freshdesk tickets without switching apps 👌 .
